Returns Policy

Change of mind
Because every product is 3D-printed to order, we don't offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please check the compatibility details on the product page, or contact us before ordering if you're unsure something will fit we're happy to help.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll replace it, or refund it if a replacement isn't possible.
Custom or made-to-order products
Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable, as they're produced specifically for you. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with next steps.
