Where we ship
We ship across Australia and internationally. Available destinations, methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
Processing times
Because every item is 3D-printed to order, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be made and dispatched after payment. Busy periods and large or custom orders can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your state, and international orders usually take 10 to 21 business days. All delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Duties, taxes and customs
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
